Excelente atención, la comida deliciosa, súper lindo el lugar. Los masajes del spa espectaculares, volvería todas las veces posibles. Se celebró el día de las madres en un evento con cantante, me sentí muy ameno, es un lugar maravilloso, feliz!

Un fabuloso hotel, me sorprendió mucho la atención que tuvieron incluso cuando se presentó un incidente sin pedirlo la gerente me ofreció disculpas. La verdad desde que entras a la propiedad se respira paz y que decir de las instalaciones están super limpias. Al ser huésped me ofrecieron el uso del vapor, que fue una experiencia relajante. Este hotel no es negocios, se enfoca más al turismo y el descanso, pero lo que veo que lleva una buena administración que pocos hoteles cuenta y por eso decaen espero que le den un reconocimiento a la gerente que lleva un excelente trabajo. Lo único que no me gustó es el desayuno, aunque es buffet estaba muy simple y le faltaba sabor y el yogurt era muy agrio, además el precio es algo alto. La alberca le falta climatizarse un poco

El hotel esta justo enmedio de Tlaxcala y Apizaco.
Tiene unas instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, con actividades al aire libre como puente colgante y Tirolesa, que creo que se pueden tomar aun sin ser huespedes del hotel. La alberca es techada y es muy comoda. El buffete de desayuno es muy completo.
Esperamos volver ahi.
